• Download OpenVPN client software http://swupdate.openvpn.net/community/releases/openvpn-2.2.1-install.exe
• Install it with default settings
• Download VPN config archive
• Extract it to C:\Program Files\OpenVPN\config\
• Right click on OpenVPN client tray incon, select there CryptoVPN menu and click connect
• Enter your login and password
• Now you are ready to work

For Windows 7/Vista

• Quit OpenVPN Client
• Open c:\Program files\OpenVPN\bin
• Right click on openvpn-gui.exe and select in properties "Run this program as administrator" and Vista Compatibility mode (for Win 7)
• Run openvpn-gui.exe
