This Services Agreement (the "Agreement") contains the complete terms and conditions which govern your subscription of VPN access and other Internet-related services provided by cryptovpn.com (the "Services"). As used in this Agreement, "CryptoVPN" means cryptovpn.com website and "Client", "you", or "your" means you. By signing up you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Agreement, and you agree to it's terms and conditions and all policies posted on the cryptovpn.com website. As referred to in this Agreement, "Site" refers to a World Wide Web site and "cryptovpn.com site" refers to the Site located at the URL http://www.cryptovpn.com, or any other successor Sites owned or maintained by CryptoVPN. This Agreement will be revised from time to time. A customer's use of CryptoVPN's services after changes to the Agreement are posted on cryptovpn.com web sites will constitute the customer's acceptance of any new or additional terms of the Agreement.

APPROPRIATE USE OF THE SERVICES

It must be kept in mind that CryptoVPN does not review, edit, censor, or take responsibility for any information it's clients may create. When Clients place/modify/transmit/delete/upload/download information on the Internet, they take full responsibility for their actions. CryptoVPN is not responsible for any actions made by Clients. The Client must acknowledge that he takes full responsibility for engaging in illegal activities and/or breaking the law. CryptoVPN Clients violate the Agreement when the Clients, their customers, affiliates, or subsidiaries engage in the following prohibited activities: spamming, intellectual property violations, defamatory or abusive language, illegal or unauthorized access to other computers or networks, distribution of Internet viruses, worms, trojan horses, or other destructive activities, facilitating a violation of this Agreement, export control violations, spamming usenet groups or message boards, any other illegal activities.

PAYMENT OBLIGATIONS

The Client must pay the Services according to the prices listed on CryptoVPN web site.

CLIENT LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION

The parties agree that in no event shall CryptoVPN be liable to any third party for the Client's breach or alleged breach of any of the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. The Client agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless CryptoVPN from any and all expenses, losses, liabilities, damages or third party claims resulting from the Client's breach or alleged breach of any Client's obligations.

TERM & TERMINATION

Subject to the terms and conditions hereof, this Agreement shall be effective on the date you register for the Services. CryptoVPN reserve the right to terminate any account without providing any further information.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY

THE SERVICES, THE CryptoVPN SITE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ALL PRODUCTS AND SERVICES DISPLAYED OR OFFERED ON THE CryptoVPN SITE, AND ALL TEXT, GRAPHICS, LINKS AND APPLICATIONS ARE PROVIDED TO THE CLIENT ON AN 'AS IS' BASIS AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. CryptoVPN DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO EACH OF THE FOREGOING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT OR ARISING FROM A COURSE OF DEALING. WITHOUT LIMITING THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING, CryptoVPN SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ANY WARRANTY THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE; DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED; THERE ARE NO VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS; AND THE SECURITY METHODS EMPLOYED WILL BE SUFFICIENT.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

IN NO EVENT SHALL CryptoVPN BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES RESULTING FROM LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, USE OF THE CryptoVPN site OR ANY CryptoVPN PRODUCTS OR SERVICES, OR FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES IN CONNECTION WITH THIS AGREEMENT OR IN CONNECTION WITH ANY PRODUCTS OR SERVICES PROVIDED HEREUNDER.
